Who can take part
- You must be 18 years or older and be able to sign informed consent before any study steps.
- You have a confirmed solid cancer that has progressed after standard treatment, or you can’t take it, or no standard treatment is available.
- In the main “dose expansion” part, your tumor must be Claudin 18.2 positive; in the “dose escalation” part, any solid tumor may qualify.
- You must be willing to provide a tumor biopsy at screening if you don’t have usable tumor tissue from the last 36 months.
- You must have at least one measurable tumor spot on scans and an expected life span of at least 12 weeks.
- Your body function needs to be good enough for treatment (ECOG 0–1), and you must agree to effective birth control rules during the study and for 180 days after the last dose.
