You may be eligible if you can use a walking aid, can stand up from a chair, and can do about 60 minutes of exercise while using a computer or tablet.

- You can stand up from a chair on your own (or with your usual support)
- You have leg mobility limits and use a walking aid (with or without close supervision)
- You can safely take part in exercise and handle about 60 minutes total

- You have access to a tablet, computer, or laptop with internet and email
