- You had a stroke (either from a clot or bleeding) at least 6 months ago
- You are between 20 and 80 years old
- You can walk at least 30 feet, with or without a cane or walker
- You can safely stand up from a chair by yourself, even if using your arms
- You can see a tablet or laptop screen clearly from about 2 feet away
- You use a mobile phone, tablet, or computer regularly
