This study tests whether a special sit-to-stand exercise program, using virtual reality, can improve your quality of life after a stroke. It is designed for people who had a stroke 6 months to 2 years ago and can already sit and stand with some help.

Who can take part
- You are between 35 and 71 years old.
- You had a stroke (either a clot or bleeding in the brain) at least 6 months ago but less than 2 years ago.
- You are medically stable—no recent heart problems, uncontrolled blood pressure, or seizures.
- You can sit and stand up by yourself or with a little help.
- You do not have severe vision problems or sensitivity to light that would make virtual reality unsafe.
