Who can take part

  • You are between 35 and 71 years old.
  • You had a stroke (either a clot or bleeding in the brain) at least 6 months ago but less than 2 years ago.
  • You are medically stable—no recent heart problems, uncontrolled blood pressure, or seizures.
  • You can sit and stand up by yourself or with a little help.
  • You do not have severe vision problems or sensitivity to light that would make virtual reality unsafe.
