Who can take part

  • Your baby was born between 32 and 37 weeks of pregnancy (gestational age).
  • Your baby had breathing trouble within the first 24 hours after birth.
  • Your baby is currently on an invasive breathing machine called HFOV.
  • Your baby has signs of breathing trouble such as fast breathing, grunting, flaring nostrils, chest pulling in, or needing extra oxygen.
  • Your baby does not have major birth defects, including known heart problems (congenital heart disease).
