  • You are pregnant and between 20 and 40 years old
  • Your pregnancy is considered low-risk by your healthcare team
  • You do not have a significant problem with your lower back (lumbar spine)
  • You are not in the very high-risk pregnancy group
  • Your BMI (body mass index) is 35 or less
