Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 35 years old.
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is between 18.5 and 24.9.
  • You have not had any pain or discomfort in your upper back, lower back, or legs in the last month.
  • You have not had surgery on your legs or spine.
  • You have not been exercising regularly in the last 6 months.
  • You have not used a back brace regularly in the last 6 months.
