  • You are currently in Baystate Medical Center in Springfield, MA
  • You have a diagnosed heart or lung condition like heart attack, heart surgery, heart failure, COPD, or asthma flare
  • You currently smoke cigarettes
  • You can speak English
  • You are not pregnant and not breastfeeding
  • You do not have thoughts of suicide right now
