- You’re at least 18 years old
- You have a new neurologic problem (like weakness, numbness, trouble speaking) that doctors can’t explain otherwise
- Your diagnosis fits CNS vasculitis based on either brain-vessel imaging (angiography) or a tissue biopsy (histopathology) showing vessel inflammation
- Doctors have not found evidence of vasculitis elsewhere in your body or another cause that could explain the findings
- You’re willing to read about the study and sign informed consent
