Who can take part

  • You’re between 18 and 75 years old
  • You have COPD that is in the more severe “stage C or D” range
  • You get short of breath when you do activities (like walking)
  • You have been stable for the last 4 weeks with no infection or flare-up
  • You can use a smartphone and spirometer after being taught
  • You have not done a pulmonary (lung) rehab program in the past 12 months
