Who can take part

  • You are at least 22 years old
  • You were diagnosed with COPD at least 6 months ago by a doctor
  • You had either 2 or more moderate flare-ups OR 1 severe flare-up in the past 6 months
  • You have been free of flare-ups for at least 1 month before joining
  • You can walk for 6 minutes (a short walking test) without major physical or mental health limitations
  • You do not have a pacemaker, defibrillator, or other implanted electronic devices
