Who can take part
- Be an adult at the time you enroll and have a diagnosis of chronic liver disease or cirrhosis in your medical record (ICD-10 code)
- Have recent medical encounters recorded in the study’s electronic health record (EHR) system (there must be an encounter within the last 3 years)
- Be able and willing to sign written informed consent
- Agree to answer patient questionnaires (“PROs”) about how you’re doing
- If you do not complete the questionnaires within the required timeframe, you may not stay in the study
