Who can take part

  • You have a well-differentiated grade 3 neuroendocrine tumor confirmed by biopsy or cell test (mostly pancreas, or certain other sites).
  • Your tumor must have at least one measurable target spot on CT/MRI that can be measured again later.
  • You are age 18 or older and able to sign informed consent.
  • Your scans show the cancer has progressed within the last 6 months (or you have a medically significant high-risk situation).
  • Your general health is good enough (ECOG 0–1) and major blood/organ tests are within required ranges.
  • You can safely get a tumor biopsy at the start (unless an exception applies, like hard-to-reach or very small-only lesions).
