Who can take part

  • You are age 18 or older and can sign consent
  • You have brain metastases from TNBC, NSCLC, or another solid tumor type (measurable on MRI)
  • Your brain metastasis measurements are stable enough for repeated MRI checks (with specific size limits)
  • You may have had prior SRS or surgery for up to 5 brain spots if you recovered and measurable lesions remain
  • Your other body functioning tests are good enough (blood counts, liver/kidney tests, and blood clotting)
  • Your overall condition is fairly strong (ECOG 0–1) and you can likely live at least 12 weeks
