  • You have a PTSD diagnosis and are able to confirm you meet the study’s PTSD criteria
  • You can read, understand, and sign the English informed consent form
  • You can swallow pills and agree to study visits plus audio/video recordings of sessions
  • You have a reachable support person (family member, spouse, friend, or caregiver) the team can contact
  • If you could become pregnant, you must test negative before entry, before the medicine session, and use birth control for the required time window
