Extension study for AVTX-803 in LAD type II
Part of Genetic & congenital, Immune system & allergy clinical trials.
This trial is a follow-up study testing whether AVTX-803 continues to be safe and effective for people with Leukocyte Adhesion Deficiency type II (LAD II). If you already took part in an earlier AVTX-803 LAD II study, this may be the next step while researchers monitor benefits and side effects.
Summary written for real people, not researchers, by Clin2.
Who can take part
- You finished the earlier AVTX-803 LAD-301 study
- Your LAD II diagnosis has been confirmed by blood tests and genetic testing
- Your hemoglobin level is not severely low (must be 8.0 g/dL or higher)
- Your kidneys are working well enough (eGFR must be 90 mL/min or higher)
- You have not had a bad reaction or allergy to fucose or ingredients in the medicine
- You do not have a past history (in the investigator’s view) of not responding to fucose at adequate doses

This Phase 3 trial tests whether AVTX-803 can help prevent or improve infections in people with Leukocyte Adhesion Deficiency (LAD) type II. The study also checks how safe the drug is.
This Phase 2 trial tests whether adding D-galactose can help people with a confirmed SLC35A2 genetic condition. It aims to improve symptoms such as seizures and ongoing stomach problems like vomiting or diarrhea.
This Phase 2 study tests whether taking D-galactose is safe and helps symptoms or health markers in people with PGM1-CDG, a rare genetic condition. Participants must already be on a stable D-galactose dose to compare outcomes during the trial.
This is a follow-up (no new treatment) study for people who previously received a gene therapy made from their own cells for ADA-SCID. It mainly tracks long-term safety and whether a marker showing the gene change can still be found.
This study follows people who previously got the experimental drug NTLA-2002 in an Intellia trial. It checks long-term safety and health effects, even if you already stopped treatment.
This Phase 1/2 study tests AVM0703 in people ages 12+ with certain lymphoid cancers that have returned or not responded to treatment. It may help shrink the cancer or control it when other treatments have failed or are not possible.
