Who can take part
- Be between 6 months and 75 years old.
- Have confirmed LAD type II based on genetic and blood tests (SLC35C1-CDG).
- Have a documented history of Lewis antigen deficiency and repeated or hard-to-treat infections.
- Be able and willing to follow the study plan (or, if a child, have a parent/guardian agree).
- If you can become pregnant: have a negative pregnancy test and use two reliable birth-control methods during the study and for 30 days after the last dose; if pregnant, you cannot join.
- Do not have severe anemia (very low hemoglobin), and avoid known serious kidney function problems (eGFR must be 90 or higher).
