Treatments studied

Part of Cancer, Skin clinical trials.

This Phase 2 trial tests an investigational “SNF platform” treatment for advanced ER+ (estrogen-receptor positive) and HER2− breast cancer in people who already tried CDK4/6 inhibitor therapy. It may help shrink tumors and improve outcomes for cancers that have come back or spread.

Who can take part

  • You’re an adult woman (18 or older).
  • Your breast cancer is ER-positive and HER2-negative, confirmed by lab pathology testing.

  • You have already taken a CDK4/6 inhibitor (and the treatment didn’t stop the cancer).

NCT05582499Recruiting· Phase 2
Neoadjuvant treatment study for certain breast cancers

This Phase 2 study tests a “precision platform” approach—treatment before surgery—based on specific test results from your breast tumor. It may help determine whether the treatment plan works better for people with particular breast cancer subtypes and healthy organ function.

NCT06561022Not yet recruiting· Phase 2
Precision treatment for HR+ HER2- advanced breast cancer

This trial tests a personalized treatment plan for people with advanced HR+ HER2- breast cancer whose cancer has progressed on a CDK4/6 inhibitor. It uses a special molecular test to match you to the targeted therapy most likely to work.

PF-07248144 with fulvestrant for HR+ HER2- advanced breast cancer

This trial tests a new study medicine (PF-07248144) combined with fulvestrant in people with a certain type of advanced breast cancer (HR-positive, HER2-negative) that has worsened after previous treatments. It may be an option if you've already tried a CDK4/6 inhibitor and endocrine therapy.

NCT05933395Recruiting· Phase 2
Targeted treatment for ER+ breast cancer after CDK4/6 therapy

This Phase 2 study tests a genetically guided treatment plan for ER-positive breast cancer that has progressed after CDK4/6 therapy. It may help by matching treatment to tumor genetic changes.

NCT07290166Not yet recruiting· Phase 2
Triple-targeted therapy with CDK4/6 inhibitor for HER2-positive breast cancer

This trial tests a combination of three anti-HER2 drugs plus a CDK4/6 inhibitor before surgery for women with a type of breast cancer that is both HER2-positive and ER-positive. It aims to see if this treatment can shrink tumors more effectively before surgery.

NCT05601440Recruiting· Phase 2
Trial for metastatic breast cancer that resisted CDK4/6 treatment

This Phase 2 study tests treatments guided by blood testing (“liquid biopsy”) in people with hormone receptor–positive, HER2-negative metastatic breast cancer that has progressed after standard CDK4/6 medicine plus hormone therapy. It aims to find a better way to control cancer after the first treatment stops working.
