Who can take part
- You can sign an informed consent form and agree to follow the study rules
- You are 19 years or older with HR-positive, HER2-negative metastatic or inoperable breast cancer
- Your cancer has grown or worsened after endocrine therapy and a CDK4/6 inhibitor
- Your blood counts, liver, and kidney tests are within required ranges (from tests done within 28 days of starting)
- Your heart status and general health are good enough (ECOG performance status 0–1, and life expectancy at least 16 weeks)
- Your disease has at least one tumor spot that can be measured by CT or MRI at the start
