Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older and have an advanced or metastatic solid tumor that standard treatments have not helped or are not suitable.
- You must be willing to use effective birth control during the study and for 10 months after treatment ends, unless you or your partner are sterile or postmenopausal.
- Your heart, blood counts, liver, and kidneys need to be working at a certain level, and you must have at least one measurable tumor on scan.
- You cannot have had prior treatment with a CD47 or SIRPα-targeting drug, or have an active autoimmune disease needing immune-suppressing medicines.
- You cannot have uncontrolled infections, active hepatitis B or C, or untreated brain metastases, or a history of severe lung disease.
- You must not have taken a live vaccine within 30 days before starting the study drug.
