  • You must be 18 or older.
  • You have an advanced solid tumor that has spread or cannot be removed by surgery.
  • Your cancer has returned or is not responding after at least one prior treatment.
  • You must be willing to provide a tumor tissue sample (new or recent).
  • You must be in good enough health to be up and about (ECOG score of 0 or 1).
  • Your major organs must be working well, as shown by blood tests.
