Who can take part

  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • You must have a solid tumor that has spread or cannot be removed with surgery, and standard treatments have stopped working.
  • You need to provide a tumor sample (from a past biopsy or a new one) to check for HER3 and other markers.
  • Depending on the type of cancer and its genetic features, you may need to have received certain prior treatments (e.g., hormone therapy, targeted therapy, or chemotherapy).
  • You must have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans, and be in reasonably good health (able to walk and take care of yourself).
  • You must have adequate organ function (kidneys, liver, heart, and blood counts) as shown by blood tests.
