Who can take part
- You have advanced colorectal cancer (cannot be fully removed or has spread), confirmed by pathology test results.
- Your tumor is microsatellite stable or low (MSS or MSI-L) confirmed by approved lab tests.
- Your cancer grew during or after first-line oxaliplatin chemotherapy, or you had to stop it due to side effects; relapse within 180 days after adjuvant oxaliplatin is included.
- You have at least one measurable tumor spot on scan (CT or similar).
- Your overall health score (ECOG) is 0–1, and you’re expected to live at least 18 weeks.
- Your blood counts, liver, kidneys, and clotting labs are strong enough within 7 days before starting.
