Who can take part

  • You have advanced colorectal cancer that is MSS or pMMR type (not MSI-H).
  • Your cancer has gotten worse after at least two standard treatments, including drugs like irinotecan, oxaliplatin, or fluorouracil.
  • You are able to take care of yourself (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • You have not received immunotherapy drugs like PD-1 or PD-L1 inhibitors before.
  • You do not have active autoimmune disease that needs strong immune-suppressing medicine.
  • You are willing to provide a tumor sample (either from a past biopsy or a new one).
