Who can take part
- You have CD20-positive B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma, such as DLBCL, PMBCL, transformed follicular lymphoma (TFL), or high-grade B-cell lymphoma (HGBCL)
- Your lymphoma has come back or stopped responding despite at least two prior treatment lines, or you had an autologous stem cell transplant (ASCT)
- You have at least one measurable tumor spot on scans that doctors can track
- You are generally able to function day-to-day (ECOG performance status 0 to 1)
- You have enough blood counts, and your liver, kidneys, and lungs meet safety limits for treatment
- You can provide a blood/immune-cell collection procedure (apheresis) and meet timing needs: CD20 antibody was stopped at least 3 months ago
