Testing a new immune cell therapy for relapsed B-cell lymphoma

Non-Hodgkin LymphomaB-cell Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma (B-NHL)Mantle Cell Lymphoma (MCL)CNS Lymphoma

Part of Blood & lymphatic, Cancer, Immune system & allergy clinical trials.

This trial is testing a new treatment called CD19x22 CAR T cells for people with certain types of B-cell lymphoma that have come back or not responded to other treatments. The therapy uses your own immune cells, which are modified in a lab to better attack the cancer.

Who can take part

  • You must be at least 16 years old (the first three people enrolled must be 18 or older).
  • You must have a type of B-cell lymphoma that has not responded to at least two prior treatments, including specific drugs like anthracyclines and anti-CD20 antibodies.
  • You must have measurable or evaluable disease—meaning the cancer can be seen on scans or other tests.
  • You must have adequate organ function, including enough blood cells, healthy kidneys and liver, and good heart and lung function.
  • You must not have active infections or serious medical conditions that would make the treatment unsafe.
  • Women who can become pregnant must have a negative pregnancy test and agree to use birth control for 12 months after treatment; men must also agree to use birth control.

CD19-targeted CAR-T cells for relapsed B-cell lymphoma

This trial tests a new type of immune cell therapy (CAR-T cells) that targets a protein called CD19 on your lymphoma cells. It's for people whose B-cell lymphoma has returned or not responded to standard treatments.

NCT06464861Recruiting· Phase 1
Sequential CD19 CAR-NK and CAR-T for B-cell lymphoma

This trial tests a new combination treatment: first, natural killer cells (NK cells) that are engineered to find CD19, followed by CAR-T cells (also targeting CD19). It is for people with B-cell lymphoma that has come back or not responded to standard treatments.

CAR T cells targeting CD79b and CD19 for non-Hodgkin lymphoma

This trial tests a new type of CAR T-cell therapy that targets two proteins (CD79b and CD19) on lymphoma cells. It's for people with certain types of non-Hodgkin lymphoma that have come back or not responded to previous treatments.

CAR T-cell treatment for hard-to-treat B-cell lymphomas

This trial studies a type of lab-made immune cell therapy (CAR T) using cells called CAR-20/19-T. It is for adults with relapsed or refractory B-cell cancers, aiming to reduce or eliminate lymphoma in people whose disease has come back or not responded to standard treatments.

Modified CAR-T cell therapy for relapsed/refractory B-cell lymphoma

This trial tests a new type of CAR-T cell therapy for people with certain B-cell lymphomas that have come back or not responded to treatment. The CAR-T cells are made from a donor and are genetically edited to possibly work better and last longer.

NCT06716164Recruiting· Early Phase 1
Experimental car-t cell therapy for relapsed b-cell lymphoma

This trial tests a new type of CAR-T cell therapy designed to be stronger against B-cell lymphoma that has come back or not responded to previous treatments. The treatment uses your own immune cells, which are modified in a lab to better attack cancer cells.
