This is a continuation study for patients who completed or are in the parent trial testing NBM-BMX (an experimental drug) combined with temozolomide (a standard brain-tumor chemotherapy) for newly diagnosed glioblastoma. If you tolerated the earlier treatment well and your doctor believes you could benefit, you may continue the same drugs in this rollover study.

Who can take part
- You must have completed or be currently enrolled in the parent study (NBM-BMX-003, Arm B)
- You have glioblastoma confirmed by biopsy or surgery
- You can start this study within 35 days after your last dose of NBM-BMX in the parent study
- Your overall health (Karnofsky score) must be at least 60 out of 100
- Your liver, kidney, and blood cell counts must be healthy enough to safely tolerate the drugs
- You cannot be pregnant or breastfeeding, and must use birth control during and for 6 months after treatment
