Who can take part
- Be age 18 or older, and have colorectal cancer that cannot be fully removed and has spread
- Your cancer should be MSS or microsatellite stable (not MSI-H or dMMR) based on tumor testing
- Your cancer must have grown during or after standard chemotherapy, or you could not tolerate it
- You must not have had prior immune therapy that blocks PD-1, PD-L1, or CTLA-4
- You must have at least one measurable tumor spot on scans, and good basic health (ECOG 0–1)
