Who can take part
- You must have metastatic colorectal cancer that cannot be removed by surgery, with no prior treatment for advanced disease.
- Your tumor must be RAS and BRAF wild type (no mutations in these genes).
- You must be between 10 and 80 years old, or up to 85 if you are in good overall condition.
- You must have at least one measurable tumor that can be seen on scans.
- Your blood counts, liver and kidney function, and heart function must be within certain limits.
- You cannot have a type of tumor called MSI-H or dMMR.
