  • You can join follow-up visits and check-ins for about 48 weeks
  • You (or the study contact) are sure you have had COVID-19 before
  • You clearly remember when you first got COVID-19
  • You do not have serious ongoing lung (breathing) diseases that could change symptoms
  • You do not have major illnesses that strongly affect the immune system
