Who can take part
- You are age 18 to 70 and expected to live more than 2 years
- Your sarcoma diagnosis is confirmed by pathology, and it is grade 2 or 3
- Your scans show a localized tumor in an arm/leg or the trunk, with no spread to distant organs
- The tumor is either larger than 5 cm, borderline resectable/unresectable, or it has returned after surgery
- You can have treatment with good performance status (about fully active or limited activity), and your blood/organ/clotting tests are in acceptable ranges before starting
- You have not had certain recent treatments: no other chemotherapy/targeted therapy in the last 4 weeks, and no prior anti-PD1 immunotherapy
- You are not pregnant/breastfeeding, and you have no allergies to any study drug ingredients
