Who can take part
- You had confirmed or highly likely Lyme disease, diagnosed and treated more than 6 months ago
- You still have one or more Lyme-related symptoms that were also present during the first 6 months after antibiotics
- Your symptoms currently cause meaningful distress or interfere with daily functioning
- You have completed at least two appropriate courses of Lyme antibiotics in the past
- Your Lyme-related symptoms treatment is stable for at least 6 weeks, and you can avoid starting new treatments during the study (unless your doctor says it’s needed)
- You can do study visits at Columbia in NYC (3–5 visits) and you have internet access (smartphone/tablet/computer)
