Study of Vebreltinib Plus Chemo for MET-Positive Lung Cancer

Who can take part

  • You must be at least 18 years old and have a confirmed diagnosis of advanced or metastatic non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer (a common type of lung cancer).
  • Your tumor must test positive for a MET gene change (either extra copies of the MET gene or too much MET protein) and negative for certain other gene changes (like EGFR, ALK, ROS1, and MET exon 14 skipping).
  • You cannot have received any prior treatment for advanced or metastatic lung cancer. (If you had chemo or radiation before surgery, that's okay if it ended at least 6 months before your cancer came back or spread.)
  • You must have at least one measurable tumor (by scan) and be in good enough health to get out of bed and do light activity (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • Your heart, liver, kidneys, and blood counts must be within certain safe limits, and you cannot have uncontrolled infections or serious heart problems.
