Who can take part

  • Be 18 to 75 years old, and expect to live at least 3 more months.
  • Have recurrent or metastatic gynecologic cancer confirmed by lab tests (biopsy or cells), and standard treatment has failed or isn’t available.
  • Have at least one measurable tumor spot on scans.
  • Be well enough to do daily activities (ECOG 0 or 1) and recover from prior treatment side effects to mild or less (no worse than Grade 1).
  • Be able to share tumor tissue: either 10 archived slide samples or a fresh tumor sample from the last 3 years.
  • Heart and lung status must be stable: left heart pumping must be strong (LVEF at least 50%) and there should be no known interstitial lung disease.
