This study tests a new drug, BL-B16D1, for people with advanced head and neck cancer or other solid tumors that have not been helped by standard treatments. The goal is to see if the drug is safe and effective.

Who can take part
- You are at least 18 years old (75 or younger for the first part of the study).
- You have advanced head and neck squamous cell carcinoma or another solid tumor that has not responded to standard treatments or cannot receive them.
- You can provide a tumor tissue sample from the past 3 years or agree to a new biopsy.
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan.
- You are in good overall health (able to do light activities) and have adequate organ function.
- You are not pregnant, and if you could become pregnant, you agree to use effective contraception for 6 months after treatment ends.
