Who can take part

  • You are at least 18 years old (75 or younger for the first part of the study).
  • You have advanced head and neck squamous cell carcinoma or another solid tumor that has not responded to standard treatments or cannot receive them.
  • You can provide a tumor tissue sample from the past 3 years or agree to a new biopsy.
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan.
  • You are in good overall health (able to do light activities) and have adequate organ function.
  • You are not pregnant, and if you could become pregnant, you agree to use effective contraception for 6 months after treatment ends.
