Who can take part
- You’re 18–75 years old and can sign consent and follow the study plan
- Your cancer is advanced breast cancer or another solid tumor, and standard treatment has failed, isn’t tolerated, isn’t available, or you can’t access it
- Your cancer has at least one measurable spot on scans, and you’re expected to live at least 3 months
- Your overall health is good enough for treatment (ECOG performance status 0–1)
- Your heart and major organs are functioning well enough (including a heart pumping measure of at least 50%)
- You can provide tumor tissue from the past 3 years (archived or fresh samples)
