Who can take part

  • Your child is age 3 to 18 years
  • Your child has steroid-dependent or frequent-relapsing nephrotic syndrome, with specific timing and number of relapses
  • Your child is in remission right before randomization (three urine dipstick tests without protein)
  • Your child has had no rituximab in the last 6 months, and no obinutuzumab ever
  • Your child’s blood counts and kidney function meet limits (including minimum white blood cells/platelets and kidney filtration)
  • Vaccines are up to date, and no live vaccine within the last 4 weeks
