Who can take part

  • You are getting your first allogeneic stem cell transplant (for a specific immune regulation or autoinflammatory condition)
  • Your inflammation tests are abnormal, or you have an immune pathway issue involving interferon-gamma (IFN-γ) with specific lab markers
  • Your organs work well enough for transplant treatment (liver, kidneys, heart, and lungs must meet certain lab/scan thresholds)
  • You can participate and follow the study plan, including required research blood tests and treatment steps
  • You do NOT have an active, uncontrolled infection, have not had a prior transplant, and are not pregnant or breastfeeding
