Who can take part
- You must be 18 years or older and able to sign consent
- You must be a candidate for a stem cell transplant (SCT/HSCT)
- You have MDS, mixed MDS/MPS, or AML with MDS-related changes, with 20–29% marrow blasts
- Your genetic test must find a traceable genetic change in the screening tests
- You must have medical and mental health conditions that are controlled (not “uncontrolled”)
- If you can become pregnant, you need a negative pregnancy test within 2 weeks before joining
