Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia (AML).
  • You are getting a stem cell transplant at the study center.
  • Your leukemia does not have the common fusion genes like AML1::ETO or BCR::ABL1.
  • You had a special gene test (NGS) when first diagnosed, and we can see the results.
  • Your initial leukemia did not have NPM1 mutations.
  • At first diagnosis, you had clonal hematopoiesis (blood cell changes) or myelodysplasia-related gene changes (like DNMT3A, TET2, or others).
