Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older and can give written consent.
- Your acral melanoma has come back, can’t be fully removed by surgery, or has spread to other parts of the body (stage III or IV).
- You have not yet had any whole-body (systemic) anti-cancer treatment such as immunotherapy, targeted therapy, chemotherapy, or similar.
- Your scans show measurable cancer areas (measurable disease) and you’re expected to live more than 12 weeks.
- Your general functioning is good enough (ECOG 0 to 1) and your organs are working well enough for treatment.
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
