  • Be age 18 to 65 (men and women allowed).
  • Be generally healthy after screening blood/urine tests, vital signs, and an EKG (heartbeat tracing).
  • Be willing to avoid smoking and marijuana (or not smoke) starting 2 weeks before and until the study ends.
  • Follow strict medication rules: do not take other prescriptions, over-the-counter drugs, or supplements that could affect study medicines for at least 2 weeks and through the study.
  • Agree to take part on the study schedule and follow all instructions.
