Who can take part
- You are currently employed (or on sick leave but planning to return to work during the study)
- Your stress is mainly from your job (like workload or tough work organization/management)
- Your work stress has caused significant problems for over 4 weeks, with physical, emotional, and behavior changes
- Your stress is not mainly due to bullying/harassment or trouble working with others
- You are not dealing with very long sick leave (more than 26 weeks by referral)
- Your stress is not mainly from something more intense outside of work, and you don’t have severe psychiatric illness needing treatment or current substance misuse
