  • You are 18 years old or older.
  • This would be your first time getting a permanent pacemaker or CRT.
  • Your doctor plans to place the LBBaP pacing lead as part of this study.
  • You can and agree to return for follow-up visits at the study site(s).
  • You agree to take part and sign the study consent form.
  • You are not in another intervention clinical trial and you are available for this trial’s schedule.
