Who can take part

  • You can sign consent and follow study visits and instructions.
  • You are 18 to 80 years old.
  • You have heart failure symptoms for at least 3 months, and symptoms are not mild (NYHA class II or higher).
  • You have a heart muscle weakness condition (ischemic or non-ischemic cardiomyopathy) and reduced pumping strength.
  • You previously tried biventricular CRT but did not respond, despite CRT-D (or CRT-D lead replacement) being done at least 1 year ago.
  • Your current heart failure medicines are already optimized as best your doctors can.
