Who can take part
- You have an aggressive B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma type (like DLBCL) confirmed by biopsy
- Your lymphoma is “high-risk” based on your LDH blood test being above the lab’s limit, around the time of apheresis
- You have had exactly 1 prior treatment line for this lymphoma (and this study is for people getting second-line standard axicabtagene ciloleucel)
- You have at least one measurable tumor spot on PET-CT or CT (or a lymph node at least 1.5 cm if that’s all you have)
- You’re 18+ and your blood counts, kidney/liver function, heart function, and oxygen level meet study limits
- You can sign informed consent and follow birth control rules if applicable
