Testing CDK4/6 medicines for advanced hormone-positive breast cancer

Breast Cancer

Treatments studied

Part of Cancer, Skin clinical trials.

This trial studies how CDK4/6 medicines fit into treatment for people with advanced hormone receptor–positive breast cancer that cannot be cured with surgery or radiation. It may help doctors understand the best way to use these medicines for disease that has returned or spread.

CDK4/6 inhibitor after breast cancer surgery

This trial tests whether a CDK4/6 inhibitor given after surgery can help prevent breast cancer from coming back. It is for people with HR-positive, HER2-negative breast cancer that has not spread to other parts of the body.

NCT07019363Recruiting· Phase 3
CDK4/6 inhibitor plus hormone therapy for high-risk breast cancer

This trial tests whether adding a CDK4/6 inhibitor (a type of targeted pill) to standard hormone therapy after surgery can lower the risk of breast cancer coming back in women with high-risk, hormone-receptor-positive, HER2-positive early breast cancer.

Real-world study of CDK4/6 inhibitors plus hormone therapy for advanced breast cancer

This study looks at how well CDK4/6 inhibitors combined with hormone therapy work in real-world settings for people with a certain type of advanced breast cancer (HR+/HER2-). It aims to understand the best treatment path and what happens next.

NCT07407439Recruiting
Real-world study of CDK4/6 inhibitors in advanced breast cancer

This study looks at how well CDK4/6 inhibitors (a type of targeted therapy) work in real-world patients with HR+/HER2- advanced breast cancer. By collecting medical data from people treated at this hospital, doctors hope to learn more about the effectiveness and safety of these drugs in everyday practice.

Predicting outcomes of CDK4/6 inhibitors plus hormone therapy for advanced breast cancer

This study looks at how well a type of targeted therapy (called CDK4/6 inhibitors) combined with hormone therapy works as the first treatment for advanced breast cancer that is hormone receptor-positive and HER2-negative. Researchers want to find patterns that could help predict which patients benefit most.

Radiation with CDK4/6 inhibitor for HR+ HER2- breast cancer

This trial tests giving a CDK4/6 inhibitor (a drug that blocks cancer cell growth) at the same time as radiation after surgery. It is for women with a specific type of breast cancer (hormone receptor-positive, HER2-negative) that has a high risk of coming back.
