  • You are 18 to under 60 years old
  • You have an ankle cartilage lesion (OCL) confirmed by X-ray and MRI
  • You have ankle pain
  • Your OCL is not in the back (posterior) part of the ankle bone
  • You are not pregnant
  • You have not had a steroid injection in the last 6 months
