Who can take part

  • You’re between ages 1 and 39
  • You have a confirmed diagnosis of AML, MDS, myeloid sarcoma, treatment-related myeloid disease, or a related leukemia type
  • You are having an allogeneic stem cell transplant (donor transplant) and will join the study before the transplant
  • After transplant, you must be in MRD-negative remission (no detectable leftover cancer cells by a specialized blood/bone marrow test)
  • Your heart and other organs must be healthy enough for transplant treatment (per hospital standards)
  • You can attend clinic visits for at least 7 months and can sign consent
