Who can take part

  • You are age 18 or older
  • You have a confirmed myeloproliferative neoplasm that has progressed, with at least 5% blasts in blood or bone marrow
  • Your kidney and liver tests are within study limits (or the lab results are explained by Gilbert’s disease, blood breakdown, or the MPN itself)
  • Your strength is good enough for treatment (ECOG 0–2 or able to do most daily activities; Karnofsky 60% or more)
  • You can give informed consent and be willing to get repeat blood/urine and other testing
